How It Works
  1. Start the conversation. Give us a call or drop us an e-mail. It's fine if you're still trying to figure out exactly what you need--we'll talk about the challenges you're facing, and explore whether we can help with them.
  2. If you're interested, we'll sit down for an in-depth design session. One of our skilled analysts will work with you to understand your current workflows, what information you have, what information you need, and how it all fits together.
  3. We'll develop the system design and propose a solution. If we believe you'll be better served by another company, we will let you know. As part of this initial proposal, you will also receive a detailed written system design.
  4. If we've earned your trust, we'll be delighted to provide the solution. We'll create your system and train you on its use. As you start using the system, we'll work with you to ensure that it meets your needs.
  5. The relationship continues. We'll give ongoing support and keep the software running smoothly. As your business grows, we can work with you to enhance the system as desired.
What You'll Get
  • Hosted Application. Your application is hosted on We manage system and server maintenance so that you don't have to.
  • Browser Interface. Users can access the system from any standard web browser, allowing easy access from wherever you.
  • Integrated Reports and Graphs. Our flexible reporting and graphing engine makes it easy to view and understand your data within the system.
  • Word, PDF, and Excel Exports. Use your data wherever you want to use it. You can easily export any report to Excel. We can also work with you to automate the creation of rich reports and spreadsheets.
  • Available Modules. We have standard modules that deal with common business needs, such as tracking employee time, managing tasks for a group of employees, or having an easily-accessible place to document your important information. These can be used out of the box or customized for your specific needs.
  • User Permissions. The application supports permissions to restrict who can view or modify specific fields. For example, perhaps only a manager should enter a final bid on a proposal; or perhaps financial fields should only be visible to the accounting department.
  • Modification History. The application supports activity history so that you can see when and how records were changed.
